Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz.) package Green Giant™ Fresh Cauliflower Crumbles®
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Place cauliflower rice in large bowl and microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Strain any excess water.
  2. Add lime juice, cilantro and salt to cauliflower rice and mix well.
