Kids will have a blast with these protein and produce-packed “gondolas.” If serving for a crowd, rub a little lemon juice on the apples before topping to delay browning.
Ingredients
  • 1 apple, cored, cut into 4 wedges
  • 1 pear, cut into 4 wedges
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese, cut in half
  • 4 slices colby jack cheese, cut in half
  • 8 grape tomatoes
  • 8 toothpicks
Directions
  1. Lay apples and pears on plate skin side down
  2. Stack mozzarella, Colby and tomato on top and secure with toothpick
Suggested Sides
7 whole wheat crackers ¼ cup seedless cucumbers, sliced A glass of water
