What better way to use peaches during peak season than turning them into these delicious hand pies? With just 3 simple ingredients, these small handheld desserts are the perfect summer treat! Let your kids in on the action by letting them cut the dough, fill and seal edges with a fork.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 peach sliced
  • 1 pre-made refrigerated pie crust
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Unroll pie crust on lightly floured surface. Use 3-inch round cutter, small bowl or cup to cut out 6 circles. Reroll dough as necessary.
  • Add peach slices to one side of pie rounds. Sprinkle with 1/3 tsp. sugar. Fold dough over peach slices and press to seal edge. Use fork to seal the dough.
  • Place pies on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes, or until crust is browned
