    • 1 New York apple, cored, cut into 4 rounds
    • 1/4 cup peanut butter
    • 1/4 cup granola
    • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
    • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
    Directions
    1. Spread apple rings with peanut butter and top with granola, coconut and chocolate chips.
