Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 large zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • 1 bag Eat Smart® Chopped & Crumbled™ Bistro Bacon salad kit
Directions
  1. Skewer chicken, peppers, onions and zucchini onto skewers. Brush with Italian dressing.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add skewers and cook 7-10 minutes, turning every few minutes, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender. Remove from grill.
  3. Prepare salad kit to serve alongside skewers.
