Whether you’re spending the day at the beach or just want to put a smile on your little one’s face when they open their lunch at school, Go Fish with this fun bento box idea!

- 2 slices low-sodium deli turkey
- 1 slice lowfat Cheddar cheese
- 2 slices bread
- 2 ounces Sun-Maid® Natural Raisins
- 2 ounces Sun-Maid® California or Mediterranean Apricots
- 1/4 cup trail mix
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 stalk celery, cut in half

- To make fish sandwiches: Layer turkey and cheese between slices of bread. Use a fish cookie cutter to cut 2 small sandwiches. Attach raisins for eyes and apricots for fin using a dab of peanut butter.
- Spread peanut butter onto celery and add raisins. Place in small section of bento box.
- Mix remaining raisins and apricots with trail mix. Add to large section of bento box. Place fish sandwiches on top.
