Yogurt Kabobs
Ingredients
  • 1 Lil Snappers® Gala apple, chopped
  • 1 Lil Snappers® Bartlett pear, chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 orange,, peeled, segmented
  • 1 cup cubed watermelon
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 4 skewers
Fruity Vanilla Oatmeal
Ingredients
  • 2 cups 1% milk
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
Directions
Yogurt Kabobs
  1. Slide apple, pear, banana, orange and watermelon chunks onto skewers.
  2. Spread coconut and yogurt onto separate plates.
  3. Roll skewers in yogurt then coconut.

  1. Heat medium saucepot on medium heat; add milk, oats, banana, blueberries, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and brown sugar, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10-13 minutes, or until the desired creaminess is achieved.
