Dessert will come together in a flash with this fruit-packed recipe.
Ingredients
  • 1 nectarine, chopped
  • 1 Lil Snappers® Bartlett pear, chopped
  • 1 Lil Snappers® Gala apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 individual short cakes
  • 1/4 cup pitted, chopped cherries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
Directions
  1. Mix nectarine, pear, apple, pineapple, yogurt and cinnamon in large mixing bowl.
  2. Top individual short cakes with fruit mixture. Sprinkle with cherries and raspberries.
Suggested Sides
• A glass of 1% milk
