Healthier than chocolate syrup, this yogurt-based chocolate dip contains powerful probiotics and protein, and uses unrefined sugar.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 apple, sliced
Directions
  1. Mix yogurt, cocoa and honey in small bowl.
  2. Serve with pineapple, strawberries and apple.
Suggested Sides
1/2 cup carrot and seedless cucumber slices A glass of 100% orange juice
