Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 pint NatureFresh™ Farms Greenhouse Tomatoes, halved
  • 8 ounces small mozzarella balls
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
Directions
  1. Whisk oil, balsamic vinegar and honey in small bowl.
  2. Spiralize zucchini and place in large bowl. Add tomatoes, cheese, basil and dressing. Mix well.
Suggested Sides
• Grapes • Sliced turkey roll-ups • Whole Wheat Crackers
