The peaches look beautiful and elegant, but actually this peach dessert is pretty simple to make with just a few ingredients. Better yet, this dessert is light too so great for Summer entertaining or on a hot night!

How to make this Broiled Peaches with Greek Yogurt & Almonds Dessert

Step 1: Broil the peaches

Preheat the broiler and place the peach halves on a baking sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar. Then broil for about 5-7 minutes.

Step 2: Make the Greek Yogurt Topping

Mix the Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and almond extract together in a small bowl.

Step 3: Serve it up

Place a scoop of the Greek Yogurt mixture onto the broiled peaches and sprinkle the almonds on top. Serve and enjoy warm!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 canned or fresh peach halves
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8-10 almonds crushed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Place peaches on baking sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar. Place in oven 4-5 inches from broiler and broil 5-7 minutes, or until browned. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, almond extract, and cinnamon in small bowl. Top peaches with Greek yogurt and sprinkle with crushed almonds.
