This deconstructed pizza recipe can be edited with the veggies and toppings your family loves.

Ingredients

  1. 2 whole wheat English muffins
  2. 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  3. 4 ounces deli roast beef
  4. 1 tomato on the vine, sliced
  5. 1 TopLine Farms seedless cucumber, sliced

Directions

  1. Slice English muffins in half and toast.
  2. Spread 1 Tbsp. tomato sauce on each English muffin. Top with roast beef, cheese, 1 Tbsp. guacamole, tomato and cucumber.
