- 1 Borton Fruit apple
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- Core apple and slice into 4 rounds. Spread with peanut butter and top with granola, coconut and chocolate chips.
