Fruity Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This easy to create fall treat is delicious year-round and a favorite with the little ones. See if they can guess just how many healthy ingredients are included!

  1. 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  2. 2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt
  3. 1 cup spinach, loosely packed
  4. 1/2 cup 100% pomegranate juice
  5. 1 banana
  6. 1 mango, chopped
  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  8. 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves


  1. Place pumpkin, yogurt, spinach, juice, banana, mango, cinnamon and cloves into blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Suggested Sides

Whole wheat toast with 1 Tbsp. nut butter
