Watermelon Banana-Berry Smoothie

  • 1 (6 oz.) container lemon nonfat yogurt
  • 2 cups cubed, seedless watermelon
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 pint fresh strawberries, sliced

Place all ingredients in blender; process until smooth and frothy.
