PB&J Fruit Roll-up Sandwich
You will need:
- 4 (7-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 Tbsp. reduced-fat peanut butter
- 4 Tbsp. jam
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 4 large strawberries, rinsed
- 1/2 cup low fat granola
- Arrange tortillas on work surface. Spread one tablespoon peanut butter over half of each tortilla. Spread one tablespoon jam over peanut butter on each tortilla.
- Peel bananas and remove strawberry stems. Slice bananas and strawberries and layer evenly over peanut butter and jelly. Sprinkle granola evenly across each sandwich.
- Roll tortillas around filling, burrito-style. Slice diagonally into halves.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
