Cheese-Dipped Veggies

Honey Mustard Dip and Veggies

You will need:

  • 4 oz. (1/2 tub) light soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) low-fat shredded
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp. honey mustard
  • 2 tsp. nonfat milk
  • Vegetable Platter (celery, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)
  • Grape Tomatoes
  • Sugar Snap Peas
  • Pretzels (optional)
  1. Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese in small saucepan; stir over low heat 5 minutes or until melted. Stir in honey mustard and milk; cook 3 minutes more or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  2. Transfer dip to small serving bowl. Serve with assorted fresh vegetable dippers and, if desired, pretzels.
