
Honey Mustard Dip and Veggies
You will need:
- 4 oz. (1/2 tub) light soft cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) low-fat shredded
- Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. honey mustard
- 2 tsp. nonfat milk
- Vegetable Platter (celery, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)
- Grape Tomatoes
- Sugar Snap Peas
- Pretzels (optional)
- Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese in small saucepan; stir over low heat 5 minutes or until melted. Stir in honey mustard and milk; cook 3 minutes more or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer dip to small serving bowl. Serve with assorted fresh vegetable dippers and, if desired, pretzels.
