Graham Cracker Fruit Pizza

This recipe is fast, easy for your kids to make, and delicious. It’s the perfect after-school snack.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 6 servings

  • 12 graham cracker squares
  • 4 oz. nonfat nondairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup sliced apples
  • 1 cup sliced pears
  • 1/4 cup all-fruit strawberry jam (or your favorite flavor)
  • 8 Tbsp. chopped pistachios* or granola (or both)
  • 2 Tbsp. caramel apple dip

Directions:

  1. Set graham cracker squares on serving plate. Spread each piece with 2 tablespoons whipped topping. Layer half of graham crackers with apple slices and half with pear slices.
  2. Top each graham cracker with approximately 1 tablespoon of all-fruit strawberry jam and 2 teaspoons granola or pistachios. Drizzle each graham cracker equally with caramel apple dip.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.

* If you might have a tree nut allergy or sensitivity, make sure to use granola in place of pistachios.
