Cheese-Dipped Veggies

Confetti Crunch Fruit Salad

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Makes 10 (1 cup) servings

  • 3 peaches, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 plum, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 medium apple, cored and sliced, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup halved green seedless grapes
  • 2 cups chopped pineapple slices
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 4 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
  • Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Combine all the ingredients except the nuts in large bowl. Toss to coat fruit evenly with lemon juice and brown sugar. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle nuts on top.

Note: If you might have a tree nut allergy or sensitivity, use low-fat granola in place of walnuts.
