Cheese-Dipped Veggies

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4

  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Jack shredded cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat Ranch, French or Thousand Island dressing
  • Paprika (optional)
  • 8 carrot sticks
  • 8 celery sticks
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 Super Fresh Growers apple wedges (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine 1/4 cup cheese and salad dressing.  Transfer to four custard cups; sprinkle with paprika, if desired.  Place remaining 1/4 cup cheese on plate.
  2. To eat, dip the tip of each veggie once in dressing mixture, then once into cheese.
