
Apple & PB Wafflewich
This recipe is super easy for kids to make. The result is a tasty breakfast treat, snack, or dessert!
Serves: 2
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 2 frozen cinnamon apple waffles
- 25 miniature marshmallows
- 2 Tbsp. reduced fat peanut butter
- 1/2 cup apples
Directions:
- Toast waffles until desired doneness.
- Heat marshmallows and peanut butter, covered, in a microwave-safe dish 2 minutes or until melted; stir until blended and smooth.
- Spread mixture on 1 waffle. Arrange caramel apple slices over peanut butter mixture; top with remaining waffle. Slice wafflewich into quarters to serve.
