Fruit Smoothie
Here is a satisfying treat that will keep your mind alert!
Blend 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup berries, and 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, 1 cup of 100% fruit juice (orange, apple or pineapple) and a few ice cubes to create a cold, refreshing smoothie.

Salad-in-a-Wrap
This filling snack provides loads of vitamins and minerals to fuel your study session. Place shredded lettuce or spinach, cherry tomato halves, red onion slices, and shredded carrots in a whole grain wrap. If you like, add chickpeas or cooked chicken cubes. Top with ranch dressing.

Veggie Pita
Load up on colorful veggies with this tasty pita snack.
Spread a few tablespoons of tomato sauce on a whole grain pita. Add chopped onions, red and yellow bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and spinach leaves. Sprinkle with olive oil and oregano. If desired, top lightly with cheese. Heat until warm.
