Sweet & Savory Poppers
For a complete meal serve Sweet & Savory Poppers with:
- A mini whole-wheat bagel with 1 Tbsp. peanut butter

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen grapes
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup strawberries, washed, dried, stem removed
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla dip (or honey vanilla dip)
- ½ cup rainbow peppers, seeded, sliced in half lengthwise
- ½ cup cucumbers, sliced at an angle
- ½ cup carrots, peeled, sliced at an angle
- ½ cup carrots, peeled, sliced at an angle 2 Tbsp. low fat ranch dip
Directions:
1. Wash and dry grapes, remove from stem, place on cookie sheet, single layer. Do the same for the raspberries and freeze them over night (once they’re completely frozen you can store them in an airtight container up to six months).
2. On one half of a plate, arrange fruit bites with a dab of vanilla dip on each piece.
3. On the other half of the plate, arrange rainbow peppers, cucumbers, and carrots with a dab of low fat ranch dip on each piece.
